About giving customers their rights - Another update on Routerzwang

The Bundesnetzagentur (Federal Networking Agency, short BNetzA) presented a draft of a decree which is supposed to make the telecommunication market more transparent for customers and which should also get rid of “Routerzwang” – the problem that your provider requires you to use the router they sent you and nothing else instead. The Free Software Foundation Europe, the Chaos Computer Club, OpenWrt and us from the IPFire project sent a statement on this decree to the agency.
